Add CGI::Kwiki to PREREQ_PM.
'use' CGI::Kwiki before 'use base CGI::Kwiki' to produce a more intelligent error message if CGI::Kwiki isn't installed

format Perl package names as kwiki links

To install CGI::Kwiki::PerlPkgFormatter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Kwiki::PerlPkgFormatter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Kwiki::PerlPkgFormatter
