IMPORTANT: This version includes updated verbiage from the Unlicense public domain waiver. While this maintains the spirit of the original agreement, authors should carefully review the changes.
Drop a bunch of apparently-unnecessary dependencies. Now only support Perl 5.8.0+

install Software::License::PD
