Don't need config framework (that was overkill) Tests for anonymous ftp and writeback

A module to open files on FTP servers as filehandles

To install Tie::FTP, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Tie::FTP

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Tie::FTP
