update documentation accordingly
- add a ->detect() method with some OS-specific runtime checks
- resolve some weird test failures regarding "use_ok" in Test::Simple 0.78

To install IO::Socket::TIPC, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IO::Socket::TIPC

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IO::Socket::TIPC
