Switched to using the keyword plugin since Devel::CallParser and Lexical::Sub are no longer compatible.
Removed references to search.cpan.org and rt.cpan.org.
Switched to using ExtUtils::MakeMaker.

Pragma to allow comments in qw()

To install Syntax::Feature::QwComments, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Syntax::Feature::QwComments

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Syntax::Feature::QwComments
