removed ': locked' attribute from object method & attribute accessors as this has been deprecated in newer versions of Perl

To install Class::Declare::Attributes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Class::Declare::Attributes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Class::Declare::Attributes
