Require ParseODS 0.26
Add ::parsers to get list of supported formats
Add --list to xlscat and xls2csv
Update xls2csv to be identical to xlsx2csv
::parses ("") will return list of supported types
Move installables from examples/ to scripts/
Tested on FreeBSD-12.2-RELEASE with all supported backends
Fix META issue for bugtracker
