Changes for version 0.04

Don't attempt to build if FreeType support is missing (hopefully will fix the current CPAN Testers failures)

Generate simple SVG badges

To install Badge::Simple, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Badge::Simple

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Badge::Simple
