Pack in/out a large number of parameters to a small number of cookies.

To install CGI::Cookie::Pack, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Cookie::Pack

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Cookie::Pack
