Changes for version 1.42

Explicitly closing the file after reading it, closing a bug on wperl.exe on win32. Thanks to Peter Valdemar Mørch for spotting it!

Parse a simple configuration file

Temporary wrapper to still let you use Config::File

To install Config::File, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Config::File

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Config::File
