Changes for version 0.11 - 2014-10-01

Use "IPC::Run" instead of "IPC::Open2" in tests, to fix problems with tests freezing on Windows.

Converts TAP output to JUnit

To install TAP::Formatter::JUnit, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm TAP::Formatter::JUnit

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install TAP::Formatter::JUnit
