Fix FILETIME covertion and time_t
dosName now return always something valid ( may be TODO is_dosName impl, how about retrieving extention )

simple unicode directory reader under Win32

To install Win32::FindFile, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Win32::FindFile

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Win32::FindFile
