Changes for version 1.0109 - 2011-08-09

RT ticket 70172. Missing dependency for Getopt::Auto RT ticket 70173. Missing dependency for HTML::EasyTags, List::MoreUtils, Uniq. Also fix usage of =stopwords, which was confusing pod2man.

Convert POD files to HTML and create an index page

Generate personalized HTML from PODs.
