Changes for version 0.02

extended interface to return a reference to an Apache::Table object for $input. This allows for multi-keyed form data. Thanks to Doug MacEachern and Matt Sergent for their tips and efforts.
replaced pnotes('PARSE_ERROR') with $Apache::RequestNotes::err
updated pod

allow easy, consistent access to cookie and form data across each request phase.

To install Apache::RequestNotes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::RequestNotes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::RequestNotes
