change VERSION scheme to signify beta to CPAN
fix TEST.PL so that it includes Apache2.pm
fix Makefile.PL - no need to check for Apache::Test with a pure mod_perl 2.0 module (duh)
add call to Apache::TestMM::filter_args()

interface into HTML::Clean for mod_perl 2.0

To install Apache::Clean, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Apache::Clean

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Apache::Clean
