changes in CGI::Session::Auth and subclasses:
- replaced _sendSessionCookie() with sessionCookie(). It can't be the job of the module to send the cookie, the application has to take care of that.

To install CGI::Session::Auth, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm CGI::Session::Auth

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install CGI::Session::Auth
