Test-CheckChanges-0.06

Changes for version 0.06 - 2008-05-06

test1 and test4 failed if Module::Build was not istalled. Those tests are now skiped if Module::Build is not installed.

Check that the Changes file matches the distribution.

To install Test::CheckChanges, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Test::CheckChanges

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Test::CheckChanges
