Changes for version 0.03

Inherit from Catalyst::View instead of Catalyst::Base, which is deprecated. (Closes RT#48462) (Stefan Seifert)
Actually bundle M::I so it's not required for installation.

To install Catalyst::View::Petal, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Catalyst::View::Petal

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Catalyst::View::Petal
