overhaul by Mike Rylander to use the new MARC::Charset for mapping back and forth from marc8 encoding to utf8 encoding
Makefile.PL requires v0.9 of MARC::Charset to be installed

convert a MARC file to XML

convert LC SlimSchema XML to MARC21

Work with MARC data encoded as XML

in lib/MARC/File/SAX.pm

To install MARC::File::SAX, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm MARC::File::SAX

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install MARC::File::SAX
