Added new locking module GLockUR, based on Unix Record locking. Works on OS X, EXCEPT processes exit immediately after signal handlers are run (why?) Also on OS X need to add to httpd.conf PerlHeaderParserHandler "sub { tie *STDOUT, 'Apache' unless tied *STDOUT; }"
