Moved from Module::Install to Extutils::MakeMaker due to build errors on some platforms.

Management routines for round trip validation of users' emails

To install Mail::RoundTrip, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Mail::RoundTrip

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Mail::RoundTrip
