Changes for version 1.97 - 2022-01-20

Deal with the fact that in OSM some countries use the "district" as if it is "city_district" others as if it is "state_district"

take structured address data and format it according to the various global/country rules

To install Geo::Address::Formatter, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Geo::Address::Formatter

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Geo::Address::Formatter
