Fetch Taiwan weather data from http://www.cwb.gov.tw/ Most methods are reimplimented in Weather::TW::Forecast use them instead.

Get Taiwan forecasts

in lib/Weather/TW/Forecast.pm

To install Weather::TW, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Weather::TW

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Weather::TW
