Fix license. The 0.02 release unintentionally switched it to Artistic 2.0. Reported by Kent Fredric. GH #1.

Create DateTime objects with sub-second current time resolution

To install DateTime::HiRes, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::HiRes

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::HiRes
