Allow whitespace around '-' in add_range. So that what I posted in a dead newsgroup on Usenet will actually work :-)

To install Net::CIDR::Lite, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::CIDR::Lite

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::CIDR::Lite
