Changes for version 0.03

fixed test bug: ignore nonexistant directories in PATH
added more verbose output on some test failures for future debugging efforts.
modified run_qx_all_separated method to deal with an MSwin32 issue.
changed name of object attribute 'output_director' to 'filter' Note: this is a change in the UI.

portably run external apps and capture the output

To install IPC::Capture, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm IPC::Capture

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install IPC::Capture
