Changes for version 0.10

Added a method to use when the elisp code being run will not work right under "batch": eval_elisp_full_emacs
Added internally used utilities (hacks?) such as parse_ec_string, progn_wrapper

use emacs from perl via the shell

To install Emacs::Run, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Emacs::Run

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Emacs::Run
