Changes for version 4.13

Added package PDL::NetCDF to netcdf.pd (suggestion by kmx@atlas.cz) Fiddled with $VERSION to make it more global. Attempts to get CPAN to index this package!

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DHUNT/PDL-NetCDF-4.13.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DHUNT/PDL-NetCDF-4.13.tar.gz
