Changes for version 0.07

Added #include "XSUB.h" to pscoast.c. Apparently newer perls (5.8.7) need this to find 'my_perl' symbol.

To install , copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DHUNT/PDL-Graphics-PLplot-Map-0.07.tar.gz

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DHUNT/PDL-Graphics-PLplot-Map-0.07.tar.gz
