swap the order of looking for ar or cgi in _form_args() (reported by Dave Howorth)
activated CDBI::FB's new pretty-print mode, for the next few releases. Then I'll switch it off again. This makes HTML::TreeBuilder a new dependency. I'll try and figure out how to make this optional from Maypole.
