DateTime-TimeZone-Local-Win32-1.85

Changes for version 1.85 - 2015-06-27

Change compile test to an author test due to possibility of DateTime::TimeZone::Local not being present. Patch by Dave Rolsky.
Change environment variable for author testing in main test script to be consistent with conventions.
Include extra modules when reporting prerequisites from testing.

Determine the local system's time zone on Windows

To install DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install DateTime::TimeZone::Local::Win32
