Time-C-0.019

Changes for version 0.019 - 2016-11-01

Change ->string and ->strftime in Time::C to use Time::F instead of Time::Piece.
Add support for %-* format specifiers for some formats in Time::F, and Time::P.
Change a couple of release tests not to shell out to 'date'.

To install Time::C, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::C

perl -MCPAN -e shell
