 Title   : new()
 Usage   : $struc = Bio::Structure::Chain->new( 
                           -id  => 'human_id',
                           -accession_number => 'AL000012',
                                           );

 Function: Returns a new Bio::Structure::Chain object from basic 
	        constructors. Usually called from Bio::Structure::IO.
 Returns : a new Bio::Structure::Chain object
