A Perl application for enhancing the polyester RNA sequencing tool by: * including polyA tails in the reference RNA being used to generate the simulated RNAseq data and optionally splitting the single fasta file generated into multiple fasta files (polyester_polyA.pl). * keeping track of modifications made to the sequences via the use of JSON, YAML or MessagePack * bonus: provide a R script that can be used to control the polyester simulation process from the command line (polyester.R)
