Perl 5.30 was released
Test that constructs return a wrong value in older versions, add a flag for tests that fail only sometimes
Fix missing or wrong tests

Identify which non-feature constructs are used in the code.

To install Syntax::Construct, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Syntax::Construct

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Syntax::Construct
