You probably don't want to use this.

Returns the configuration in a form similar to what one might use with "add_plugins" in Dist::Zilla::Role::PluginBundle::Easy.

Required in order to be a plugin bundle.

This module was heavily inspired by Karen Etheridge's config.

When submitting a bug or request, please include a test-file or a patch to an existing test-file that illustrates the bug or desired feature.
