  • Remove --default-account option. Instead the default account(s) can be customized using the --rename-account option, like this:
    • --rename-account='^Expenses:Unknown$=Foo' --rename-account='^Income:Unknown$=Foo'
  • Remove single use of "yada yada" for perls <5.12.
