Changes for version 0.11 - 2009-12-30

Credit Mutuel changed the way they print the account numbers; they are now prefixed with the agency number, i.e., NNNNN XXXXXXXXX YY, instead of just XXXXXXXXX YY. We stay consistent by trimming this out.
