Bio-SDRS-0.04

Changes for version 0.04 - 2011-07-02

Added a precision control to the output for ec50data method so the test output would have controlled rounding and lead to fewer discrepancies. Added documentation to sdrs.pl script and modified the makefile so it would be included as an executable.

Command line script to use Bio::SDRS to run a Signmoidal Dose Response Search.

Perl extension for Sigmoidal Dose Response Search, a tool for characterizing biological responses to compounds.

To install Bio::SDRS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Bio::SDRS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Bio::SDRS
