Changes for version 0.003

Fix data to be munged into a saner form so that we get the data type information, the hostname and other metadata.
Make GAUGE/COUNTER types strings rather than numbers.
Add a sketch for a read plugin, untested / not complete yet!
Fix various documentation bugs.

To install Message::Passing::Collectd, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Message::Passing::Collectd

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Message::Passing::Collectd
