Time-Local-Extended-0.41

Changes for version 0.41 - 2003-11-05

Added support for dates up to 2098.
Renamed distribution as Time::Local::Extended.
Changed @EXPORT to be the same as @Time::Local::EXPORT. Thanks to Michael Schwern for this advice.
Documentation updated.
Tests updated.
Corrected weekday of first release in Changes file.

Extends 2038 barrier to 2098.

To install Time::Local::Extended, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Time::Local::Extended

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Time::Local::Extended
