Changes for version 0.25

Add "escape_url_commas" option to allow people to choose whether or not to escape commas in URLs to "%2C". This is switched on by default, to match existing behaviour.

To install Wiki::Toolkit::Formatter::UseMod, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Wiki::Toolkit::Formatter::UseMod

perl -MCPAN -e shell
