Handles submission/update of bugzilla bugs via WWW::Mechanize.

To install WWW::Bugzilla, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm WWW::Bugzilla

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install WWW::Bugzilla
