OPCUA-Open62541-1.03

Changes for version 1.03 - 2022-07-19

github CI is building open62541 version 1.0.6, 1.1.6, 1.3.2, and master. 1.2 tests fail and there is no goal to fix them. Remove version 1.2.5 from CI.
Allow to set username and passwort in the client config.

run open62541 client for testing

manage open62541 log file for testing

run open62541 server for testing

To install OPCUA::Open62541, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm OPCUA::Open62541

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install OPCUA::Open62541
