Changes for version 2.11 - 2014-04-30

Using GNU TAR now. The previous release had PAX headers in the tar file. Build scripts now automatically configure minium perl version.

Module for parsing delimited text files

To install Text::Delimited, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Text::Delimited

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Text::Delimited
