Create an IO handle for reading or writing a PostgreSQL blob.
- $io->getc ();

Read 1 byte from the buffer and return it
- $io->read ($buffer, $nbytes, [$offset]);
- $io->sysread ($buffer, $nbytes, [$offset]);

Read
$nbytes
from the handle and place them in$buffer
at offset$offset
. - $io->write ($buffer, $nbytes, [$offset]);
- $io->syswrite ($buffer, $nbytes, [$offset]);

to the handle from$buffer
