New module: copied Data::Omap module changed it to allow duplicates

Perl module to implement ordered mappings with possibly duplicate keys.

To install Data::Pairs, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Data::Pairs

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Data::Pairs
