fixed test failure, where it couldn't create file to t/ directory. Using /tmp instead.

To install XML::RSS::FromHTML, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm XML::RSS::FromHTML

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install XML::RSS::FromHTML
