Net-SMTP-TLS-0.11

Changes for version 0.11

POD tests are a nuisance, removed. Also, per Michal Ludwig's suggestion, TLS is not forced, but is now turned on/off by a flag.

An SMTP client supporting TLS and AUTH

To install Net::SMTP::TLS, copy and paste the appropriate command in to your terminal.

cpanm Net::SMTP::TLS

perl -MCPAN -e shell
install Net::SMTP::TLS
