NAME
Dist::Zilla::PluginBundle::AVAR - Use Dist::Zilla like AVAR does
DESCRIPTION
This is the plugin bundle that AVAR uses. Use it as:

no_Authority = 0 ; If want to use the authority module (previously the default)
